Business Banking Resolution Service Nearing End of Pilot Scheme

We have two cases put through the BBRS pilot scheme process against the same bank. All evidence has been entered from our side, and the bank has sent its response. Without BBRS being a governmental body the key question is going to be whether BBRS has the kahooners to make some early decisions that are prepared to go, at least to some extent, against the banks. BBRS is in a difficult position. If it doesn’t it is likely that the resolution service won’t be widely used. If it does, will the banks continue to support the resolution service? The jury is currently out, but it will be reporting back soon.
